Procedure to Register a Nidhi Company

1. Apply for DIN & DSC

Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all proposed directors.

2. Name Approval

Submit three unique name options to the MCA for approval. One approved name will be reserved for the company.

3. Drafting & Filing of MOA and AOA

Prepare and file the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), clearly stating the objective of operating as a Nidhi Company.

4. Certificate of Incorporation
